Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast in Australia is launching an all-new live entertainment experience just in time for the summer holiday season.
The dramatic Spy Chase Stunt Show, a high-octane action spectacle featuring precision driving, roaring engines and daring stunt choreography, opens on 19 December 2025 and will now be part of the park’s regular entertainment lineup.
Set against the backdrop of a stylised “downtown Italy”, the show places guests alongside the Mission Director in a race to stop a criminal organisation’s leader from unlocking the mysterious Atlas Box.

Throughout the performance, trained stunt professionals deliver fast-paced motorcycle and vehicle chases, dramatic action sequences and theatrical effects designed to recreate the feel of a big-budget spy film — live on stage.
Located just off Main Street near the park’s big screen precinct, the Spy Chase Stunt Show runs multiple times daily, with entry typically opening around 30 minutes before each performance. Due to loud noises, fast vehicle movement and special effects, the show may be intense for very young children or guests sensitive to sudden sound and action.
The new production replaces the long-running Hollywood Stunt Driver 2 experience, which concluded its successful run in October 2025 after thousands of performances. Its arrival reflects Movie World’s continued investment in refreshing its live entertainment offering alongside major rides and seasonal events.
From a guest experience perspective, Spy Chase Stunt Show adds a strong mid-day attraction, giving families and thrill-seekers alike a chance to enjoy an immersive, seated experience between headline rides. The show also strengthens Movie World’s reputation for large-scale stunt entertainment, a format the park has long been known for.
For visitors planning a trip to Warner Bros. Movie World, the Spy Chase Stunt Show is shaping up as a must-see addition, delivering cinematic action and live stunt work as part of the park’s evolving entertainment lineup.
