Pack your appetite and your passport! Dreamworld on the Gold Coast has officially confirmed the return of its fan-favourite Street Food Festival for 2026.
Transforming the park’s Main Street into a bustling global food market, the festival is set to bring "bigger, bolder, and tastier" flavours to the Gold Coast this April.
Running daily from April 4 to April 19, 2026, the event coincides perfectly with the autumn school holidays, offering families a culinary journey around the world.
A World of Flavour on Main Street
This year’s festival sees an expanded lineup of pop-up stalls and food trucks, with a menu designed to satisfy everyone from adventurous eaters to fussy toddlers.
- Asian Delights: The fan-favourite Yumpling Dumplings return with their signature pork and chicken dumplings, alongside a brand-new handcrafted Bubble Tea van.
- The Americas: Head to Taco Villa for chicken fajita and barbacoa beef soft-shell tacos, or visit Smokehouse Burgers for Latin American-inspired meat masterpieces.
- European Classics: The Brathaus will be serving authentic Bratwurst and Cheese Kransky with all the traditional trimmings (sauerkraut and onions included!).
- Sweet Finishes: Don't miss the next-level Churros or the specialty Matcha Milkshakes and "Matcha Madness" Sundaes available exclusively at the Ice Cream Parlour during the festival.
Festive Pours & Live Vibes
The 2026 festival isn't just about the food. Dreamworld is leaning into the "festival" atmosphere with several dedicated beverage and entertainment zones:
- The Double Decker Beer Bus: Grab an ice-cold craft beer and head to the rooftop deck to soak up the views of Main Street.
- The Margarita Bar: Serving up zesty, refreshing sips perfect for a Gold Coast autumn afternoon.
- Live Entertainment: Expect a high-energy rotation of Luchador Wrestling, powerful Japanese Taiko drumming, vibrant Dancing Lions, and Latin American dancers.
- Music & Characters: Local Gold Coast artists will provide a live acoustic soundtrack throughout the day, while Kenny and Belinda will make special appearances in their festival best.
The "Global Bites" Food Pass
To help guests taste as much as possible, Dreamworld is bringing back the Global Bites Food Pass. This allows visitors to purchase a set number of "tastings" at a discounted rate, making it easier to sample multiple stalls across the park.
We recommend that you buy your tickets to Dreamworld in advannce.
Beyond the Bites
The Street Food Festival is included in standard park entry, meaning park guests can pair their international feast with all of Dreamworld’s signature thrills. After lunch, you can soar on The Giant Drop, take a flight on Sky Voyager, or head over to Tiger Island to see the park's majestic residents.
For those looking for an evening experience, Dreamworld has also confirmed that on Friday, April 10 and Saturday, April 11, the festival outlets will remain open until 8:00 PM for special "Evening Eats" sessions.
